My Visformsmodule stopped working

Hi there all,

At first i thought my mailbox was full,..
Then I thought the data file has reached his maximum or maibe my hosting

Then I figured hey,… it`s about 1 year ago I build this website. Does the free version just work for 1 year?
My updates are all done and no problems occurred at any point.

Ca anybody give me a hind or pointer where to look.

I don`t have any problem upgrading to a pay extension.

Like to here from someone.

Forgot to say that i use Joomla 3.9.2. and am completely updated with the extensions.
The form i use send`s me an e-mail on 1 e-mailadres and it contains all the data i need for people to give me an asingment.

as said,.. untill 2 day`s ago it all workt pefect.

there are no time or volume limits on out free version. The free version and all it's features are for free, without any limits.

What exactly does no longer work? Is there any error message. Is the problem related to any updates (Joomla or Visforms)?

There are no error messages, the data get`s in the datafile.
The extension just stopped sending me the mail.

It happend before and then just works again. this time i got the mails 2 day`s later.

There were no updates in the last 2 day`s

Hi,

in this case the problem is not caused by Visforms directly. This is almost always a problem of spam protection software of either the mailer which is used by your Joomla! installation or the email provider where you receive the mails.

The mailer either refuses to send the mail, because it is classified as spam or at the receiving end the mails is blocked as spam.

Please check out the section about "Problems sending mails" in the documentation: www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/vi...e-mail-configuration

And contact your provider in order to check what happens to the mails (they should be able to tell you if the mails were send or not). If they are send, then the problem lies with the receiving end and you may need to configure the spam filters there or whitelist the email address which is used as mail from...
