Export csv files and pdf templates not showing my Form as in language code made

Field labels of the form i made are in Greek language, also as in the input fileds. When export the result of the submission form as pdf file or csv data, greek language not showing properly* like (*σωστά). Any suggestions?

how does the output look like?
Which Visforms/Joomla Version do you use?

I actually think, that this might be two different problems.
With regards, to the CSV please read the section "Data export configuration - Characterset" in this documentation article (almost at the bottom):https://www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/visforms/documentation-visforms/314-save-results
