Ahoi,

ich habe mein erstes Formular erstellt und begonnen ein PDF-Template zu erstellen. Sobald ich hiervon eine Vorschau aufrufen möchte, erhalte ich allerdings die Fehlermeldung:

Class "Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Administrator\Model\VisformsPlaceholder" not found


Eckdaten: Joomla 4.0.4
Visforms: vfbase j4.0.0_4.1.3 + vfsubscription_j4.0.0_4.1.1

Hallo,

die PDF-Erzeugung mit Visforms unter Joomla 4 ist gründlich getestet und funktioniert.
Die Fehlermeldung lässt vermuten, dass bei die eine Datei fehlt.
Evtl. ist die Installation bei dir nicht vollständig abgelaufen ist und ein nochmaliges Installieren von Visforms (ohne vorherige Deinistallation!) behebt das Problem.
Falls dies keine Abhilfe schaft brauche in eine genauere Beschreibung an welcher Stelle du die PDF Vorschau aufrufst.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich habe die Hauptkomponente, als auch Visforms subscription einmal vollständig deinstalliert und frisch neu installiert. Das hat zumindest keinen Erfolg gebracht.
beim manuellen Abgleich der Daten auf dem Fileserver ist mir jetzt nichts Fehlendes aufgefallen.

Kann man anhand der Fehlermeldung sagen welche Datei(en) eventuell fehlen? Dann könnte ich das mal gezielt prüfen.

Hallo Pascal,

ich konnte den Fehler anhand deiner Beschreibung nachvollziehen.
Beim nächsten zeitnahen Release ist dieser Fehler behoben.

Wenn du sofort ohne Fehler mit den PDF Templates von Visforms weiter arbeiten möchtest, so gibt es für dich folgende Möglichkeit.

Super-Minimale Source-Code Korrektur:
(komplette Behebung des Fehlers)
Datei: administrator/components/com_visforms/src/Model/VisdataspdfModel.php
Zeile 65: hier bitte einen Backslash '\' einfügen wie folgt:
aus    $placeholders = new VisformsPlaceholder($text);
wird   $placeholders = new \VisformsPlaceholder($text);
