Instruction on how to migrate Visforms Subscription to a single package installation

The information provided here is only relevant for Visforms Subscriptions which were bought prior to Dec. 12th, 2016.

Please note: We only change the way how the Visforms Subscription is installed and updated. These changes have no effect on either the feature which are included in the subscription nor the validity of the subscription or any other contract detail. The only goal of the changes is, to make it easier and safer to manage the subscription.

1. Make sure, that you have the required minimal Visforms version installed on your website and update Visforms if needs be. You can find information about the required Visforms version in the the Subscription overview. At the moment it is Visforms 3.8.21

2. Log in with the username and password of the user, which you used to buy the subcription

3.Download the new package installation of the subscription here

4. Install subscription package installation via extension manager on your website

These steps are only required once. In the future you will be notified about each update of the subscription in the update manager of your website, again.
