Hi,
moving forms from one website to another using the export/import feature of Visforms requires, that the Visforms Version on both Joomla! installations are the same.

I actually think, that you can fix the problem, if you select the proper form layout in the form configuration (tab "advanced").
If you run on the latest Visforms version 3.14.4 on your new website this would be the option "UI Framework".
Your selection must be compatible with the layout framework, on which your website template is build.

Aicha

Hy,
Sorry for re-open the post. Botstrap 3 and the stack section seems to be fine, but, with every choose we made, the list and radio button fields are terriible: the radio dots are misaligned from selection fields (look at screenshot). We absolutely need a help.

Best Regards

Hi,
Something about template frameworks and suitable front-end templates.
Visforms uses modern CSS mechanisms for formatting the form in order not to be subject to any restrictions and at the same time to promote a uniform look and feel.
The design is determined solely by the template framework selected in conjunction with the specific template used.
How good the results actually are depends largely on the quality of the implementation of the specific template.
Visforms supports the display of several common template frameworks (Bootstrap 2 to 4, UIkit 2 and 3).
If your active template implements one of these frameworks properly (delivers the CSS exactly as required by the specification of this template framework) and you have also set the 'UI framework' in the form to match the template framework, then the result is perfect. Unfortunately, practice teaches that not all front-end templates do this 100%.
Then there are display errors.
If you are using a template that is not based on any of the template frameworks mentioned (I fear, that is what happens on your website), then you have to try out which UI framework choice you get the best result with.
Often times, the Bootstrap 3 UI Framework turns out to be a good choice.
However, this can also lead to display errors in some cases.
In this case you have to write custom CSS to compensate for these display errors.
If you need help with that, we can provide paid support.
Regards,
Aicha
