You can adjust the widths of the label and field in the field configuration.
These settings are also suitable for creating multi-column forms.

Option 1:

For Joomla 4 there is a ru-ru translation that is supposedly complete for administration and frontend:

You can also use this language installation for Joomla 5.
If the translation for an entry is missing, the en-en translation is displayed.

The 'Verify' does not seem to be included in the ru-ru translation, however, this had to be solved using a language override.

Option 2:

Otherwise you can use the Joomla Language Manager to create language overrides for individual language tags.
This is a standard feature of the Joomla administration and is described in the Joomla documentation.

The only thing that is specific to Visforms is the language tag to be overwritten.
In your case, it is the following two language tags for the frontend:
- The Visforms language tag for 'Required' is: COM_VISFORMS_REQUIRED
- The Visforms language tag for 'Verify' is: COM_VISFORMS_VERIFY
