Options for Recipient mail

Good Morning.
Using Visforms 3.13.8. Have also installed latest Visforms and subscription (Beta versions).
Joomla3.9.14

1) I have created a subscription form. In form I also have an email field (Email) where the user enters their email.
2) on the form setup, under the section mail options, I have set all settings. Also checked with the :

3) Under the sections "Options for result mail" and "Options for recipient mail" all settings have been set.

4) when the user submits form, I get all the results as expected and as declared via the "Options for result mail" settings.

Problem
Even tho I have all appropriate settings on the "Options for recipient mail" in the form (also checked settings in Visforms - Global Configuration), the user who has submitted form.
1) Does not get a copy of the subscription.
2) Does not get any email even If i also put information in the Email Receipt Text

I have checked this with my other emails that I have..
Any ideas of how to resolve this?

Hi,

Sending mails works perfectly fine with visForms. The Beta-Version is very well tested, too and there are no problems with sending the mails with the Beta-Version, too.

If you do not receive the receipt mail (= user mail) there are the following possible reasons.
1) You do not have enabled the "Send Mail" option for the receipt mail
2) you do not have a field of type "Email" in your form
3) When you submitted the form, the Email-field was empty or you have entered an Email-addresss, which does not belong to you
4) The mail was flagged as spam
