Is it possible to display only Mondays in the calendar of the date field?

I have a form where customers can make an appointment on Monday only, but when I use the date field they can choose other days as well.

I know I can make a dropdown list with only Mondays, but then I would have to update the form every week to delete past dates, so having the calendar display only Mondays would be easier.
