Uploading Apples HEIC photo files

I have a form that allows a user to upload photos. I now wish to allow users to upload Apples HEIC photo type files. I have set the uploads tab to allow for these files. See the Form File-uploads settings file attachment.


However I get a error message as shown in the Apple HEIC file upload example attachment.


Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for the two screenshots.

I am unable to reproduce the error with the current version, Visforms 6.2.1.

The following is a possibility:

Your screenshot shows valid settings in the form configuration under the parameter:
Form Configuration >> 'Advanced' tab >> 'File-Uploads' sub-tab >> 'Allowed File Extensions' parameter

In the field configuration, you can also specify different settings for each individual upload field via the parameter:
Field Configuration >> 'Basic Settings' tab >> 'Validation Settings' group >> 'Allowed File Extensions' parameter

Please also check the settings in the field configuration.
