Hi, can i set in vis form custom html field where show a test to user and download field too so user can download a file?

I don't understand exactly what you want to do, but this sounds to me like something you cannot do with Visforms.

Hi. I wish a custom field that admin can set on backend so user will see a text in the form. Also a download field so user see the button or some field on form to download a file.
I hope it is clearer now.

Hi you can add custom text to the form and to any form field. (Please check out the documentation). These texts are visible in the form. Further on you can add links and images in these text. So you can make any download available in the form. If the field with the text is conditional, you can even make the availability of the download conditional. You can use custom css to style it all..
