deleted fields in forms

I deleted by mistake all Fields in a Formula.
Is there any way to restore them?
My complete Backup of joomla is unfortunately not up to date!

I'm really very sorry, but no.
The fields are completely deleted als well as any data submitted for any of these fields.

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 4.

Are they Stores in the joomla Database?

The fields are stored in #__visfields.
If you store submitted data in the database, they are stored in a table named #__visforms_xy where xy is the id of the form, where the fields belong to and there is also a table #__visforms_xy_sav
For each form field there is a database field in this table(s). If you delete a form field, the data table is adapted.
