there have been tens of thousands of Visforms installations around the world for some time.
All reported errors are fixed promptly and no problems are currently known.
It is very likely that there is something fundamentally wrong with the Joomla instance.
Even if you completely disregard the instructions in the description of the migration of Visforms from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, the later update to the 4 versions of Visforms and the Visforms Subscription on the new, freshly migrated Joomla 4 still runs correctly without any errors or known problems.

Before the Joomla update, you must have installed at least the Visforms Base Package Version 3.0.0 and the Visforms Subscription Version 3.5.5.
The runtime errors 'Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::delete: Path is not a folder' are all related to Visform's directories.
Errors of this type are most likely due to insufficient rights in the file system, in particular missing write rights.
The SQL error can be directly related to this.
Please make sure that there are sufficient write permissions for the file system within your Joomla instance.
If the errors continue to occur, more detailed debugging logs are required.
To get a verbose error report, enable maximum debugging in the Joomla administration before reproducing the error:
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'System', parameter 'Debug System' = 'Yes'
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'Server', parameter 'Error Reporting' = 'Maximum'
