Value & Label in Mail Options

Hello
my problem: I use Select Field "Fruit" in calculation and write
1. Value: 10, Label: Apple
2. Value: 20, Label: Lemon etc.
Then I choose in Form "Mail Options" tab "Include Data" and get in E-mail for Field "Fruit" "10" (for example). Is it possible to get for Field "Fruit" "Apple" i.e. Label in E-mail included data?
Unfortunately I don't find answer in documentation and in Field options.

the 'Include Data' parameter in the form configuration, 'Mail Options' tab provides a very quick way to get all form data into the email.
At this point, the options value is always used for selection options.
This cannot be configured differently at the moment.

However, you can still manage to display the form data in the email as you like.

To do this, you simply have to work with a text template in order to freely design the content of the e-mail.
You can insert static formatted text and any field placeholders into the text template.
There are always several field placeholders for 1 field, including different ones for option value and option label.

Of course I made Mail Options with placeholders as described in documentation, but that is "long way" (there are many fields in form). The usage 'Include Data' parameter is quick, and I was hoping that is technique to use it...

we also see this as an interesting and useful feature.

There is an old form field setting for all option fields:
Field configuration, tab 'Advanced', parameter 'Use option value in placeholder'.

The setting refers to the old, legacy placeholder format: [FIELDNAME].
Alternatively, it is still supported today.
However, this old placeholder format must be inserted manually.

The setting does not yet apply to the automatic generation of all data in the e-mail.
We now want to change that.
