CSS Selectors for form data variables

Hi Aicha and Team 

We need to locate the CSS selectors for form data variables (examples below) to configure enhanced conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager. Despite searching and a lot of trial and error, we cannot find the correct information needed.

We did try the Google extension 'Selector Gadget' but it seems we need the CSS selector for the field results shown on a webpage after form submission.

Hoping for your advice to point us in the right direction.

Unfortunately I don't understand the exact question or whole parts of your explanation.
I thought so far a 'to locate the CSS selectors' does not exist.

Your explanation is, at least for me, too general and too incomprehensible.
Can you please show a specific example?

By concrete I don't mean a list of field names.
By concrete I mean a form or the result page of a form after submitting the form.
Please note that a screenshot will only help me to a limited extent in this case.

What do you mean with: 'the field results shown on a webpage after form submission'?
- on a webpage: Is there another webpage involved?
- after form submission: How is the reaction configured after submitting the form? A redirect?

Basically, a CSS selector is formulated by the designer in such a way that it references ('hits') the position to be designed in the HTML.
In your example, the procedure would be no different.

You have to search for and find the affected data at the displayed position in the HTML and then formulate a suitable CSS selector for this position.

CSS selectors are not simply associated with data, but with places in an HTML structure.

I hope I was able to shed some light on the context.
