Email advice needed - Too many fields?

it would be very helpful if I could take a look at the forms and fields configuration in your backend (as admin). Would that be possible? My contact mail is listed below the forum.

You are welcome to access the backend. I have emailed you the details. Please note:

1) I copied and renamed your module to CV
2) The 2 email addresses in the back end are my personal and work email which I am using for testing before rerouting the working form to the actual client. They are valid email addresses.

Thank you so much for your assistance Aicha. What I had done wrong was use an "alias" that was already in the database and this caused a conflict. This module deserves 5 stars and the service from Aicha 6 stars!
