Error "Form is missing" after form is submitted

Hi, I created contact form using visforms but after I click on the submit button, Error "Form is missing" is displayed.
Please advice me how to fix this error.
"Form successfully sent" should be displayed.

it would be helpful to know a bit more about the system and how you use Visforms.
Which Visforms version do you use.
Is the a new Visforms installation and the first form you have created or has the form worked earlier and now stopped working?
Which Joomla! Version?
Did you update Joomla! recently.
How do you display the form (Menu item, module...)

Thanks for your reply, I am using visforms 3.5.7. I have installed it 2 month ago, and it was working ok in localhost. After I transferred the site to server I didn't really check the result after submit forms. Someone just told me that error is displayed after submit form.

The version of Joomla is 3.3.4. I haven't updated version.
The form is displayed in Module.

Do you have any idea what would be the cause?

Hi,

I just made a test with your form just to see what exactly happens.
Is it correct, that you have used the "Text Result" in the form configuration tab "Result" to create a custom message which you want to be displayed after the form was successfully send?
This will cause Visforms to redirect to a special Visforms view which will display this message and it looks to me, as if this view is not found on your server because something goes wrong with the routing. The error message is displayed because this view is not found. But I cannot tell you, where this routing problem comes from and why it happens on the productive server but not on the local host (which looks to me that it is a Joomla! or SEO configuration problem).

If you leave the "Text Result" empty, Visforms will automatically redirect to the front page of your website and display the message "Form successfully send". So maybe this would be a solution for your problem if your cannot figure what goes wrong with the routing. Alternatively you could create an article with your custom result message text and use the redirect feature in the form configuration (tab "Result") to redirect to this article after the form was successfully send.

I appreciate your advice, but unfortunately it didn't work.
I had "Text Result" custom message so I empty that but the same error is still displayed after submit form.

I also tried to redirect to article page (used "Redirect URL" in "Result") but the error is still displayed on www.claudiadeancoaching.com.au/index.php/component/visforms/
article page is not opened.

I just realised that I mistyped Joomla version, it is 3.4.4 not 3.3.4

It would be much appreciated if you could tell me anything else I can try to fix this.

is this actually only a message problem or does submit of form not work either (do you receive a result mail?).
