Not Showing in Plugins

I am trying to stop some domains registering to my web site (Kunena Forum)
I have installed this plug in, and from the drop down Component Menu I have options, but these are limited.
But from the actual Joomla Plugin area, the Spambotcheck does not show, so unable to find any way to admin the plug in.

I want to stop domains like:
@getslim.top
infoi@pumpe3.e90.biz

From being able to even register.

it is as user plugin.

In the administration panel of your website got to extension->plugins.
Then use the Search Tools. In the "Select Type" Dropdown select "user".
You should see the Plugin "User - SpambotCheck" then.

You can only blacklist domains in the format like @getslim.top not full email addresses like in your second example. domains have to start with the @. If you want to blacklist more than one domain, separate them with a comma.
