Hi - a feature request suggestion

For example, if you want to list countries and then provinces/states under each where the user sees only the provinces/states of the country selected, there is currently no easy way to do this today. Today I have to create a separate field for each country and their provinces/states. This could be more easily managed through a SQL query if this option was provided. Though there could be other options as well. But this would be very helpful.
