Hi,

when you look at the html source code of the page, there is a <div id="visformcontainer" class="visforms-form">.
Inside this div, usually there would be a <script> node and then the <form id="visform6" class="visform ... node.

The script node contains the javascript that initializes the form and is very important to Visforms.
This script node is missing on your website. So you do not have a Javascript error but there is a javascript problem.

I cannot tell you, why the script node is missing. This could either be done by an extension, which you have installed on your website (i.e. an extension to optimize script code on your website). I assume, that you run a Visforms update as well. So it could be, that for an unknown reason, some files from the compontents/com_visforms were not installed properly with the installation (check for missing files). It could be, that you have knowingly or accidentally created an override of Visforms view files in your template (yourTemplate/html/com_visforms).
Maybe it could be the result of outdated Joomla! cache (I don't think so).

Thank you for your fast answer. Actually I found the problem.

It was a problem because of Gantry 5 and E-mail spam filter combination. E-mail spam filter was updated, it solved the problem.
