Hm,
wenn du wirklich die richtige ID vor so langer Zeit eingetragen hast, dann wurde zwischenzeitlich das "Leeren" automatisch ganz oft gemacht und das sollte funktionieren. Hast du wirklich den Download-Key eingetragen, der dir angezeigt wird, wenn du dich hier einlogst und dann ganz oben im Benutzermenü (ganz rechts, kleines Männchen) auf "Meine Subscriptionen" gehst.

Kann ich die (meine bestehende) Subscription in einem weiteren Joomla unter anderer Domain nutzen? Dann könnte ich das dort mal testen.

das ist wirklich seltsam.

Du kannst deine Subscription auf bis zu 4 produktiven Webseiten und beliebig vielen Testinstallationen installieren.

Hallo Aicha,
DAS finde ich ja toll, dass ich die Subscription auf mehreren Systemen nutzen kann! Supi! Große Klasse!

Ich habe nun (mehr aus Verzweiflung bzw. mangels anderer Ideen) meine Download-ID im Dashboard/Subscription verwalten gelöscht, gespeichert, alte Subscription (3.3.9) installiert, im Installer "Leeren" , Aktualisierungen suchen und installieren (schlägt natürlich fehl), dann Download-ID wieder eingetragen, gespeichert, im Installer "Leeren" , Aktualisierungen suchen und installieren = klappt wieder.

Nach dem Motto: Verschwende nicht zuviel Energie in die Suche nach der Ursache, nutze diese für die Lösung. (Chinesische Weisheit)
