Joomla 6 Notice

Hallo,

leider hab ich schon wieder ein Problem mit dem update von visforms. Wenn ich über den updatemanager von joomla versuche ein update zu machen, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung. " Copy file failed" Wenn ich die neueste Version bei Euch herunterladen und installiere, erhalte ich nur "error" Was kann ich bitte tun das es läuft.

Hallo,

Visforms wird von tausenden von Leuten benutzt und installiert und upgedatet. Wenn es dort ein Problem mit der Installation gibt, erfahre ich das schnell. Da das Update ja schon einen Monat online ist und mit Sicherheit schon tausende Male ohne Probleme instaliiert wurde, muss es sich hier um ein sehr individuelles Problem deiner Webseite (eine Fehlkonfiguration) und kein spezielles Visforms Problem handeln. Ich kann mir das gerne ansehen, aber nur gegen Bezahlung.

Hallo Eicha,

leider habe ich den gleichen Fehler beim Updaten 3.12.10.

Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten!

Hallo Oliver,

tut mir leid, es handelt sich dabei aber trotzdem um eine Fehlkonfiguration der Joomla! Installation (z.B. dass das tmp oder das logs Verzeichnis nicht korrekt eingerichtet sind) oder des Servers und um ein individuelles Problem und kein allgemeines Visforms Problem.
