how to add some fields depending user input

Hi,
I have a field " number of children" and user must be write in it for example 2 or 3. now I need to know each children's age, so I need to be displayed 2 or 3 extra fields for writing age of each children by user. let me ask you give me some idea for doing this.

you cannot achieve this by using a field of type number. You cannot trigger the display of a conditional field based on an input in a number field.

Create for example a select of a radio button with as many numeric values as you think there might be number of children.

Then set up the fields for the age of child 1, child 2 etc. and make them conditional.

Field for age of child 1 is displayed, when the value in the select (or radio) is 1 or 2 or 3...

Field for age of child 2 is displaye, when the value in the select (or radio) is 2 or 3..

and so on
