hello viga,
this is an intended behavior of the form.
Because then you have a JavaScript error on your website.
Citation:
As a complex form component, Visforms depends on the JavaScript on the page to function properly.
If you have a JavaScript error on the page, the button will remain disabled
You can assume that the occurring JavaScript error is not causally connected to Visforms.
This behavior and help on how to fix it is part of the documentation.
Submit button is greyed out (disabled):
docs.joomla-4.visforms.vi-solutions.de/e...-greyed-out-disabled
In order to make this behavior easier to understand, an additional explanatory or warning notice directly on the page would certainly make sense for the user.
I have created a development issue for the feature wish list:
Issue [VF-836] Forum: Submit button is greyed out: Add explanatory message to the page
When we release the new feature, you will be explicitly informed about the release here in the topic.
Thank you for your contribution!
Kind regards, Ingmar
