Hello Laura & Eddie,

I ran your SQL script 'tlc_cms_visforms_data.sql' against an empty database.

The j17_visforms table contains a total of 42 form configurations for forms with IDs 2 to 44.
There are 118 data tables in the database for forms with IDs 1 to 118.

So, as I feared, the following situation occurred due to manual intervention:
There are old incorrect data tables for forms that were never created in the current Joomla instance.

What do you have to do?

All data tables for forms that do not exist must be deleted.
These are the data tables for forms with the following IDs: 1 and 45 to 118.

The names of the data tables have the following form:
- j17_visforms_[ Form ID ]
- j17_visforms_[ Form ID ]_save

Once these data tables are deleted, creating new forms will work properly again.
In particular, batch copying, which simply creates a new form in the first step.

Attention: Please be sure to create a backup before deleting, such as an Akeeba backup of the entire site.

Kind regards, Ingmar

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).
