Joomla 6 Notice

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Site\Service\VisformsRules::$router is deprecated in ......../components/com_visforms/src/Service/VisformsRules.php on line 23


Error also when installing a new module!

The pkg_visforms_subscription requires Visforms 4.4.2 or higher. The installed Visforms version is 4.2.1. Please update Visforms in order to be able to install the extension.

There is no Error.
This is not a PHP error but a simple PHP warning.
1. A PHP debug setting that also displays PHP warnings is generally neither recommended nor useful for productive live sites.
2. This PHP warning has been avoided from the start with Visforms version 4.3.1 (compatible with version 8.2) and higher.

Your currently installed Visforms version is old and only has version 4.2.1.
Your old Visforms version 4.2.1 is compatible with PHP 8.0 and cannot run under PHP version 8.2 and higher:
docs.joomla-4.visforms.vi-solutions.de/e...es/j4/version-4-2-1/

For PHP version 8.2 and higher you must use the current Visforms version.

Re: Error also when installing a new module!

The error message tells you clearly and easily what is not working and what needs to be done.
You always have to update the Visforms basic version first.
This is described in the documentation.
