ich habe es getestet.

es liegt nicht an php-version.

ich habe eine andere seite, wo noch joomla 3 läuft und dort funktionierts.

Unter Joomla 5.1.2 mit Visforms 5.12 / Subscription 5.12 / PHP 8.2 sieht es (bei mir) so aus:

Hallo Martin,

Uikit 2, Bootstrap 4, Bootstrap 3, Bootstrap 2 sind nicht kompatibel mit Joomla 5.
Diese UI-Frameworks werden daher auch in Visforms 5 unter Joomla 5 nicht mehr erzeugt und stehen nicht zur Auswahl.

Unter Joomla 5 gibt es die Unterscheidung zu 'mehrspaltigem Bootstrap 5' nicht länger.
Das ist jetzt bei gleicher Funktionalität einfach 'Bootstrap 5' geworden.

Der Screenshot von Heinz ist korrekt und zeigt die 3 möglichen Einstellungen für das UI-Framework unter Joomla 5.
Das gleiche wird auch in der Dokumentation beschrieben.
Subscription Layouts:

Die Feld-Breiten-Einteilung in 12 gibt ausschließlich bei Bootstrap 5.
Die Einteilung in 6 gibt ausschließlich bei UIkit 3.
Keine Einteilung gibt es bei UI-Framework 'Keines', was dem Visforms-eigenen Standard entspricht.

Falls du weiterhin Probleme haben solltest, dann füge bitte ein paar passende Screenshots hinzu.
