Hallo Mike,

der Anschluss an Drittsysteme wie ein CRM kann in Visforms eingebaut werden.
Visforms unterstützt out-of-the-box keine Drittsysteme.
Eine Übergabe von Formular-Daten an Drittsysteme ist immer spezifisch für das Zielsystem, hinsichtlich Daten-Format und Daten-Übergabe (Verbindung).

Diese Möglichkeit für Entwickler gibt es in Form der Erstellung eines Custom-Plugins.

In der Dokumentation wird beschrieben, wie ein 'Visforms Custom-Plugin' erstellt werden kann.

Es gibt ein fertiges komplettes Custom-Plugin mit allen Events und Hilfsfunktionen als Template, das die Installation von Visforms mitbringt:

Der Entwickler kann dann selbst entscheiden, was zusätzlich alles geschehen soll.
Die Erstellung eines Custom-Plugins erfordert etwas Erfahrung in der PHP-Entwicklung unter Joomla.

In deinem Fall kannst du etwa auf die Events 'onVisformsBeforeFormSave' oder 'onVisformsEmailPrepare' reagieren:
- Die Formulardaten lesen.
- Die Formulardaten in das erforderliche Format aufbereiten.
- Eine Verbindung zum CSMs aufbauen.
- Die aufbereiteten Daten an das CSM übergeben.

Falls du Hilfe bei der Entwicklung des Plugins benötigst, dann können wir dich gerne dabei unterstützen - auch mit der kompletten Implementierung.
Bitte habe Verständnis dafür, dass wir diesen Aufwand zu unserem aktuellen Stundensatz und mindestens 1 Stunde berechnen müssen.

Interessant sind für uns insbesondere die technischen Informationen zum Formular und der CMS-Schnittstelle.
Also genau dem, was später der PHP-Code leisten soll.

Als etwa:
- Wie viele Formulare?
- Wie viele Felder?
- In welchem Format?
- An wen und wie übergeben?
- Zusätzliche Interne Geschäftslogiken (nur wenn ... im Falle von dann ... usw)?
- Zusätzliche Schritte wie Logging, Fehlerbehandlung und andere?
- Gibt es eine Test-Umgebung zum Testen der Lösung?
