Seit heute morgen ist die PDF-Vorschau in der Formularbearbeitung nicht mehr möglich. Folgende Meldung kommt:Exception Type:
Code:
Error
File: /var/www/vhosts/regionalliga-suedost.de/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_visforms/src/View/RenderPdfViewBase.php
Line: 578
Message: Call to a member function find() on false

Den Stacktrace dazu könnte ich auch noch liefern.
Jemand eine Idee

Hast du in der Zwischenzeit Installationen/Updates durchgeführt, Zwischenzeit im Sinne von 'Kein Fehler in der PDF-Vorschau bis Fehler tritt auf' ?

Mit 'PDF-Vorschau in der Formularbearbeitung' meinst du sicherlich PDF-Vorschau in der PDF-Template-Bearbeitung?

Bei der aktuellen Version läuft der PDF-Druck in der PDF-Template-Bearbeitung in der Administration bei mir fehlerfrei.

Hallo DaumannR,

wir haben den Fehler reproduzieren können.
Du hast einen Bug in Visforms gefunden und wir werden das Verhalten anpassen.

Ich habe dazu einen Issue zur Entwicklung in der Bug-Liste angelegt:
Issue [VF-1360] Forum: PDF: Preview in PDF template configuration: Error: Call to a member function find() on false

Wenn wir den Bug-Fix releasen, wirst du explizit über das Release hier im Thema informiert.

Der Bug ist bereits gefixt und wird mit der neuen Visforms Version 5.4.0 released.

Es gibt einen Hot-Fix zur Behebung des Fehlers für:

Joomla 5 und die aktuelle Visforms Version 5.3.1.

Issue [VF-1366] Forum: PDF: Error: Preview in template configuration: Error: Call to a member function find() on false: merge to branch 5.3.2

Bitte die alte Datei zuvor sichern, falls es unerwartet zu Problemen kommen sollte.

Die folgende Datei herunterladen:
- vi-solutions.de/forum-bugfixes/RenderPdfViewBase.php_5.3.1.txt
Die heruntergeladene Datei umbenennen in
- RenderPdfViewBase.php
Mit der heruntergeladenen und umbenannten Datei die folgende Datei auf dem Server überschreiben:
- administrator/components/com_visforms/src/View/RenderPdfViewBase.php
