field 'type' not mandatory

First: Lovely extention :lol: !
It does all the things I want a contact form to do.
Here's a little thing:

When I forget to choose a type for a field, I get the following error on the front end:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$htmlTag in C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla30\components\com_visforms\views\visforms\tmpl\default.php on line 382
followed by a number of other errors.

It took me a while to figure out what the problem was.
The errors disappeared magically after I choose a field type!

Wouldn't it be better to make this field "type"a mandatory field?

thanks for that post. You are absolutly right. I just forgot to make this field mandatory. I will fix this with the next release.
