Joomla 5 Notice

We are pleased to announce that as of January 29, 2024, all of our Joomla extensions are compatible with Joomla 5.

hi installed visforms 3.1.1 on a website. i made a few forms, non of them work. On the website, i cannot fill in any text field. de date fiels, does not display a calender,

Hi,

the default.css of your template sets the font color of elements with class inputbox to #ffffff. (line 124)
As Visforms uses this class for inputs, sets the background-color to white and does not set a text-color of its own background and font color are both white with your template.
Therefor you cannot see what you type into the inputs but actually it is there.

Hi,

every modern browser has built-in developer tools which you can use to find out which css rule in which css file is used to style a html element.

Looking into the individual configuration of your website is far more than you would usually expect as support for a free component. Nevertheless I will help you once more. But actually I would be very glad if people would honor such service with a donation and do not take it for granted (as it sadly happens very often).

The color is defined in the default.css at line 143 where the rules for the html label tag are declared.
