Hello and thank you for such a great extension. Since I updated to version 3.3.0, I've had problems with the email being sent. I've checked to make sure the settings are configured to send the email to admins and the user. Can you assist?

Please disregard this issue. The problem is that the website is on a shared host and another website on the server caused the IP to be flagged as spam. I'm jumping through hoops to get the IP removed from the blacklists.
