Visforms tinymce

Hi Aicha,

I hope you can help again with a problem I am having with Joomla and Visforms.

1. I had to reinstall Tinymce in Joomla 3.4 and having done that Visforms will still not show the editor in form configuration. Do I need to re-install Visforms to get the editor back. I was using JCE editor but have uninstalled it as I know that you have coded Visforms for Tinymce.

2. I have set up a another new website to use Visforms and I have configured the smtp email correctly as I am receiving the result email but not the recipient email which is strange. Any ideas as to why the sender does nor receive an email?

Hi Joe,

1) I retrieve the information whether the editor is installed and published from the database.

The SQL-Statement is looking for the first recordset in the table #__extensions where the field "element" has the value "tinymce", the field "folder" the value "editors" and the field "enabled" the value "1".

As it would be possible that there are more than two recordsets for tinymce editors in the database, the SQL-Statement which retrieves the information is limited to the first one.

Could you check the database. You will find the solution there. You do not have to reinstall Visforms!

2) Sadly I have no specific idea, about the receipt mail problem. I assume you did not forget to enable receipt mail in form configuration and you did not mistype the email in the form, when you tested or such trivial things, which can just happen.
