Form data publish on Frontend based on e-mail link

Dear Team,

I would like to have a similar solution as JComment has:
1., When somebody submits the form, Administrator gets an email about the new form submission with form datas. (It works now)
2., In the e-mail there are two links: Publish and Deny. After Administrator clicks on Publish the Visforms publish the form on frontend. When Administrator clicks on Deny then Visforms keeps the form data on Frontend unpublished.

I think this feature would be important.

This is not so important:
I also would like to combine this feature with presetted auto expiration value. For example: Administrator would like to publsih the form on frontend but only for a week or month then Administrator can click to a link (For example: Publish for a month) in the e-mail to do this.

What do You think? Would You have time for this, please.

Best regards,
Andrew

Hi,

thanks a lot for the feature request.
It is an interesting feature, but allowing actions from links in mail is something completely new to Visforms and therefore I would have to figure first, what it takes to make this possible and secure. I think, the implementation would require some changes on Visforms and the mails as well.

I will put it on the feature request list but I cannot promise whether or when it will be implemented.

I have spent quite a lot of time on developing new Visforms features during the last month.
But as long as there are not more donations for my work or more people who buy a Visforms Subscription and more support with reviews on Joomla! extensions directory, I always have to go back to my "usual" paid work. Therefore the next Features on the feature request list will have to wait.

Kind Regards,
Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).
