A simple mulit column form

This is an example of a simple, multi column form created with Visforms. The creation of multi column forms is a feature newly introduced in Visforms 3.5.0

The form uses the "Mulit column layout". Instead of labels there are placeholders inside the inputs, which can easily be achieved through field configuration options.

If the form is displayed to a registered and logged in user, the input for name and email will be prefilled with the users name and email address (from Joomla! user manager).
