A simple contact form

This is an example of a simple contact form created with Visforms, which will fit perfectly into a module position because it will ajust in width.

The form uses the "Bootstrap 5" UIframework with the "stacked" sublayout. Instead of labels there are placeholders inside the inputs, which can easily be achieved through field configuration options.

If the form is displayed to a registered and logged in user, the input for name and email will be prefilled with the users name and email address (from Joomla! user manager).
