Help with spambot

When i enable Check IP to block spammers many people from my country get blocked,
i dontk now there IPs are in the DBs but they are simple people, not hackers or spammers.
Maybe once there IP was used from a spammer and now they cant register.
Is there a way to exclude a country from the check ?

it would be nice to have the ability , to each bad word you block to name it , so not all the blocked words to
look the same.

no there is not way to exclude a country from the check. But thanks for the suggestion.

The information, used by the plugin, comes from very respectable online spambot databases. The information in these databases comes from special API's like Project Honey Pot..., We have no influence on these data.

If an IP was once used by a spammer intensively, any database may handle it differently how long the IP is still listed. Often IP's are shared between many users (simulataniously or one after another), so even if the current user is not a spammer, the IP may be tainted.

Blocking bad words is not a feature of our plugin.

Yes sorry you are right i had my mind to both addons.
The problem is that because routers have dynamic Ips,
maybe i use an Ip to spam for a day and after i change,
somebody else will get my Ip and it will be marked as spam.

I know that. But sadly there is not perfect solution for this problem, else there were not spammer problem at all. Basically you can whitelist IPs in the Plugin configuration but this feature was not meant for adding all IP's of one country.

Only something like geo unblock can help, where you unblock the important areas for your members/ site/
