Result and background

Hello,

I have two questions. After someone sends a message through the form, I'd like a message like "Thanks for your message, we'll contact you asap" to be displayed, but in the same page where the form is present, while now I see a message (that I set in "Text result") but all the rest of the page disappears and if I navigate to another page and then go back to previous page, I see a blank page. Is it possible to solve this?

Also, how can I put the fields in a grey box/background area like in this form here on the Forum?

Hi,

the first thing is not possible with Visforms. You can either use the default message, which will always be displayed at the front page (home menu item) or you can use a custom result text, which is a separate "page" created by Visforms or you can use a redirect url, i.e. to an article of your choice. Then the article must provide the "result text".

How the form and fields "look" is mostly determined by the css of your template. You can add custom css, in order to adapt this. There is an article in the documentation about this: www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/vi...form-layout-with-css
