Form submit failed

Hi. I need help.
I created a form but i get below error:

Form submit failed
We are sorry, but an error occured during form submit

I checked the setting and everything is okay
Could you please help me.

please check the following, step by step.

Have you updated visForms and the Subscription to the latest version?
These are visForms 3.13.10 and subscription 3.4.11.

Have you made sure, that you do not have created overrides for visForms in your template,
Sometimes this just happens accidentally, if you click in "Templates -> Templates" (and then select your template) on the "Overrides" tab.

Could you please test, if not using the Recaptcha with the form, fixes the problem.

It doesn't work yet
- it is up to date on last version.
- I didn't have created overrides for visForms in the template.
- I'm using Recaptcha with the form and also I changed to Cisforms Captcha too but doesn't matter.
STILL NOT WORKING.

I can technicly tell, why this is not working.
Basicly the html-form element is closed to early and some important hidden inputs are therefor not part of the form and not submitted.
That causes the error.

I can further tell, that the html which is rendered by visForms in the first place, is not responsible for the invalide position of the closing html form element.
I have checked the visForms source code and all html elements are positioned properly there.
Further on, the uikit2 layout is used on many many websites and the form is rendered properly there.

So this must be some individual configuartion problem on your website.
This could be custom plugins (usually system or content plugins), Javascript that comes with your template.
Or maybe an invalide use of the recaptcha plugin.
In order to get this problem solved, you have to strip it down.
Disable the recaptcha Plugin and do not use a captcha with your form.
Disable all non Joomla! Core Plugins
......

Hi,

somehow you mananged to put a form into visForms.
There is a form "pirate_forms" inside the visForms form.
I think you use some sort of content plugin inside the custom text of your first visForms form field.
In HTML you must never have a form inside a form, that is invalide HTML an brakes everything.
I hope, with this additional information, you can fix the problem.
Just find out, where this pirate_forms comes from and remove it.
