Radio Button and conditional fields doesn't work

I have an urgent problem that I couldn't find in the forum.In the link below, there are two conditional fields, none of which work properly, and if one of the radios is selected, the other option will be disabled, and then the user must refresh the page again. The second problem is that only one of the options worksI use Joomla 5 and your latest version, 4.4.2I request that you investigate this case.

I examined and debugged your site using the web browser developer tools.
Use the following values for the radio box options:
-> 291 Pemberton Ave, North Vancouver
-> 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver

If you remove the combination ', ' from the values then it works.
The combination ', ' (comma plus space) cannot be included in the values of the options.
However, this combination is not a problem in the visible label of an option.

This fact is not yet pointed out in the documentation.
We see this as a deficiency in the Visforms documentation and will expand it to include your point.
I have created an issue to expand the documentation:

The documentation has been changed accordingly.
