Missing many pages (tabs) from visform

Hi I installed visform 3.7.10 on two websites that, apparently, have the same features. When I create a form with visform on one of these I got the complete full pages (tabs) as:

Basic
Result
Mail Options
Spam Protection
Advanced
Dataview in Frontend
Form Permissions

In a second website I got, instead, only the first two.

Result

Do you know why? Thanks a lot.

Please check, if there is maybe a javascript error in the administration of your website.

I already followed the instructions in that post. NOTHING.
I tried to install an old version of Joomla. NOTHING.
I tried many ADMIN templates. NOTHING.

I just created an other website and all worked fine.

It is unbelievable, but the ONLY difference between the two websites is the name. The rest is exactly the same.

So, although this is obviously not a problem of Visforms itself (alone), but has something to do with the overall configuration of your website, I would like to take a look at it, if you would give me access to the administration of the website where it is not working.
