Submitting form cause invalid security token

We are getting:

"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

when submitting a public form.

Please advise.

sorry, but I have never heard of such a problem before.

Please let me know, what the Visforms and Joomla! versions are and send me a link to the form, so that I can take a look at it.

It works with Firefox but chrome and Edge posts that error.

I just send the form from my chrome browser (version 61) without difficulties. (Get the message "Form successfully send").

I'm sorry, I have no idea, where your problem might come from and if it is really a problem with Visforms or something totally different.

I found that if "system page cache" plugin is disabled the error is gone and form is successfully sent. So looks like the culprit is caching.

I can't keep the plugin disabled though.

Using Visforms on a page with "system plugin cache" enabled can indeed cause problems, although the error message usually is (or was) "Sorry, you can send the form only once".

Sadly the article is a bit older and so maybe things have changed a bit in the meantime but maybe it can help you sort out the problem.
