Any emails getting recieved after submitting it!

Hi

My URL: www.reimmob.com

i have succesully installed your form-builder under submenu "Contact Form". Everything appears fine so far except the part after the contact form submitted. If i would describe my problem shortly below: Email settings have been set correcty for administrator and also for the user who cares of filling in the contact form.

The problem is, user is becoming the feedback email without any problem after submitting thecontact form, however i am as an adminstrator can not able to receive any of those emails onto email adress which is either kundenservice@reimmob.ch or info@reimmob.ch

if i proceed it via my another email, provider is gmx.com, then iam getting the feedback email even without problem. To my understanding, it is to do if the configuration of the administrator's email is matching with visforms email servers.

Do you know what the reason for this proble could be?

Hi Aktas,

if you can recieve the recipient email at the gmx.com account but not at reimmob.ch account that would indicate, that the email submission in visForms work fine.

Most probably the emails are flagged as spam at meimmob.ch

Take a look at the configuration of these post boxes.
