Class "Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Administrator\Model\VispdfsModel" not foun

I didn't receive my subscription email and you said you couldn't send it again so I opened a case at paypal to get refund and reordered th VISForms subscription using a new email. please refund my first order. 

So I uninstalled everything com and plugins for a fresh start and after reinstallation and Download ID inserts and am stuck with this .....
Class "Visolutions\Component\Visforms\Administrator\Model\VispdfsModel" not found
try to use forms button or create new form I get this error

using subscription version 4.2.1 latest and joomla 4

please help . . . .

Already with the first purchase you can download all Visforms versions from our website at any time during the Subscription period

Hello Neil,

a new installation usually fixes missing files and folders.
An installation under Joomla can always go wrong.
This does not even have to be due to the installation itself.

1. Please repeat the installation (Visforms and Subscription) with the installation files (same version) manually via the Joomla Installer.

2. If the error persists:
A detailed PHP error report would be very helpful for us (the whole call stack with all the information).
To get an accurate PHP error report, enable maximum debugging in the Joomla administration before reproducing the error:

Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'System', parameter 'Debug System' = 'Yes'
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'Server', parameter 'Error Reporting' = 'Maximum'
