"Internal Server Error" when installing subscription package

1. I've tried that first. It's not working. So I've tried an absolute path.
2. Both
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'System', parameter 'Debug System' = 'Yes'
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'Server', parameter 'Error Reporting' = 'Maximum'
are set as instructed and are shown in those screenshots.

there is an error in my instructions.
I'm sorry, but it's just Joomla Standard.

Old:
Upload the installation file to the Joomla temporary directory using (S)FTP.
Then specify the file name on the 'Install from Folder' tab and start the installation again.

New:
Upload the installation file to the Joomla temporary directory using (S)FTP.
Extract the file into the directory of the same name.
Then specify the FOLDER name on the 'Install from Folder' tab and start the installation again.
The path to the FOLDER must be relative to the temporary Joomla directory.

We have changed our web host in the past few days and have completely relocated the backend.

I am glad that you have provided a PHP error report and also attached the log file of the installation.
The error is caused by the missing PHP class 'ZipArchive':
Class ZipArchive not found.

For the ZipArchive class to be present, PHP needs to have the zip extension installed.
So you need to install the PHP zip extension.

The PHP zip extension is very widespread and installed almost everywhere.
I can only guess why you don't have it.
Maybe you set up the web server and the PHP completely yourself and used quite 'minimal' versions.

I will take a closer look at the error and at least deal with it with an appropriate message.
Maybe I can also rewrite the unpacking of the zip file to a Joomla method.
Then the existence of the PHP zip extension would no longer matter.
