Option 1:
You can enable debugging to see if there is a PHP error.
If there is a PHP error, the entire call stack would be important for us:
- Copy from the page with the ad,
- Save to file,
- Upload the file to the forum post.
To get an accurate PHP error report, enable maximum debugging in the Joomla administration before reproducing the error:
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'System', parameter 'Debug System' = 'Yes'
Dashboard --> Global Configuration, tab 'Server', parameter 'Error Reporting' = 'Maximum'
Option 2:
The simplest and fastest way to proceed is the following.
The question is whether you could provide us with an Akeeba backup of the website for debugging.
We use the following platform for this:
wetransfer.com/
Use the forum email address as the recipient: forum (--at--) vi-solutions.de.
Administrative access to the backend is not sufficient in this case.
