Basic how to?

Hi guys,
I'm really sorry if this is a realyl simple question that I already should know the answer to.
I am relatively new to Joomla 2.5 and I trying to figure out just how to use visforms.
I have installed the extensions, I have filled in the elements of the tabs within the Visforms extension (general, Result, Email, Advanced, Frontend display).

I cannot find where I create the actual text boxes and submit button etc.

I tried using html but this didn't work.
Am I missing something here?

Could someone give me a quick run down of how you would create a basic form please?

Hi,

there is a "fields" button in the visforms menu (top right).
Click on it.
You will be able to create fields and configure them.

P.S. To get a submit button you have to create a field of type button....
