Selectbox- Value/Label

Hello,

I am using visforms and i am very happy with it.
Just one thing i can't get to work like i want it to.
I have created a form with 3 select boxes.
When i make a selection, and i get the email, it only shows the Value field and not the Label field.
Second, the selections that are made, are shown in both the fields in the email, so i don't know what they ordered.
This is what the mail looks like:

Judopak Jeugd - Dun pak, Maat: : 120 cm,150
DikJudopak Jeugd/Volwassenen - Dik pak : 120 cm,150

As you can see, 2 choices, but the sizes are shown after both judosuits....

So what i would like is that the field and checkbox belong together.
Is that possible??

thanks for the link.
One thing I can see immediatly is that you use identical values for the "Name" parameter of your first and second listboxes (judopac). You have to use unique names for each form field (i.e. judopac1, judopac2).

I'll change the code of visforms so that it checks for unique field names in the future.

Let me know if that does not solve all your problems.

It works fine now, i just get the order but the client doesn't get an email...did i forget something?

Hi,

you used fieldtype textarea for "vornaam", "nachnaam" and "Emailadres". This creates a html textarea which is a bigger field usually used for longer texts.
What you are looking for is the fieldtype text which will create a "normal" html input field, which is used for single line inputs/texts.
If you want an e-mail to be sent to the user it is mandatory that you use the fieldtype text. After choosing the fieldtype text you can choose a subtype. This has to be email for an e-mail field. This will also make sure that the format of the user input matches a valid e-mail format.
(For "vornaam" and "nachnaam" you would usually use the subtype "text").
