Wrong upload folder link

Even if I modify the visform.php file, I still have the same error message.
I have the feeling there is another preliminary check befor the one in visform.php.

Or what do I have to do once I have modified my visform.php file to be sure it has been reloaded ?

Hi,

this is a error message created by Visforms and there is only this one piece of code where the message can come from. So, if you still have the message, the changes are not applied.

When I make changes to files, I usually download the file via ftp open the downloaded file on my computer with a good text editor, change the file, save the changed file and upload the changed file via ftp.
All changes should work immediately.
Of course you have to make the changes to the original file (visform.php) not a copy which you might have taken as a backup.

Hi,

in order to solve this misterium poussemousse send me some screen shots which helped us to figure, that there were more than one Joomla! installation on the server and that the Joomla! installation with the Visforms installation in question was located in another folder than expected. After adding the new upload folder on the correct Joomla! installation everything worked as expected.
