Incredible app. Really nice and cool.

Can I set a menu that shows form''s results only of the user who is signed in. What I mean is if use A submit form 1 and 2 and user B submit the same form 3 and 4. They can see theier own results in that menu so A will see Formdata from id 1 and id 2 and B will see id 3 and id 4.
Thanks

Hi,

this is not a Feature of Visforms itself but depending on what you want to do exactly you could maybe use one of the paid extensions .

The Content Plugin Data View (Form data in article) allows you to preselect displayed record sets. You can use data like the user email for this preselection, so it is basically possible to make a selection that only shows the records sets submitted by the signed in user. This plugin was developed to display selected data inside an article, in the first place. Therefore the layout is different form the layout of the data view via menu, that comes with the free version. You can only either display the selected record sets as a table or as a detail list (view the demo in the plugin description) but you cannot switch with a link between the different views. Further on the Plugin does not actively protect record sets of other users, so that it is not possible to view them each if one knows the correct link and enters the link manually. So if you do not need absolute privacy for the data but only want to display the selection per default, this plugin could work for your.

The extension Data Edit in Frontend, allows you to set up a data view menu item just like in the free version but with one difference. You can limit the record sets which are displayed in this view to those records set, which a user has Joomla! ACL permisson to edit. Using this extension and an ACL setting that allows a registered user to "edit own data", would allow you to display only the record set of the signed in user in a layout that is very similar to the Visforms Data Display Layout (with overview and detail and a link to switch between both). But as this extension was developed in the first place in order to allow frontend edit of data, the views always feature an "edit" icon and an edit link. So if you intend on allowing your users to edit submitted form data as well, this extension would be perfect. It grants absolute privacy for the submitted records as well.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Regards,
Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).

 Ich empfehle Dir die neue und aktuelle Dokumentation für Joomla 4:

Das meiste gilt rückwirkend auch für Joomla 3.
Bitte immer nur 1 Frage pro Thema stellen :-).
