Email check

Hi Aicha,

I have tried to find something regarding this issue I have but unfortunately I was not successfull: I would like to have an email-check as we know it when trying to register on a webpage: two fields asking for a mail address that have to have the same entry.
Adding a new field in visforms I have found the possibility to add "same value as" but I can't select anything.

Is that in general possible?

Hi Arne,

equal to validation is a feature of Visforms.

Create your first email field (as field of type email) and save it.
Create your second email field (as field of type email) and save it.
This is important, because only fields of the same field type are displayed in the "Equal To" Listbox (in the field configuration). If a field is not yet saved for the first time or there is no other field of this type on your form. The list box stays empty. Only after you have saved the second field Visforms "knows" it's field type and can display the proper list of fields of the same type.
